Implementation Operations Engineer – AI Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Oversee comprehensive implementation operations, which include customer onboarding, regular data deliveries, production workflows, and operational support.

• Assist in AI-driven implementations and onboarding by collaborating with technical and cross-functional teams.

• Carry out and confirm production deliveries while ensuring data quality, punctuality, documentation, and customer impact standards are upheld.

• Work together with Product, Engineering, DPQ, Customer Success, and Technical Engagement teams to address issues and achieve customer outcomes.

• Utilize GenAI tools and AI capabilities to enhance productivity and streamline technical workflows.

• Promote automation, documentation, and process enhancements to create more scalable and dependable implementation operations.

• Independently handle customer implementations and regular deliveries.

• Contribute to the development of AI and Implementation Operations playbooks, documentation, and standardized operating procedures.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in SQL and foundational data principles.

• Capable of investigating data, validating outputs, and troubleshooting delivery workflows.

• Demonstrates curiosity and the ability to learn about AI technologies and AI-driven implementation workflows.

• Experience with APIs, cloud platforms, or contemporary data ecosystems.

• Strong sense of ownership, communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders across both technical and non-technical partners.

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity, acquiring knowledge of new systems, and taking initiative in problem-solving.

• Thoughtful application of GenAI tools, with sound judgment, validation, and data management practices.

• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Snowflake, AWS, Python, or Airflow.

• Nice-to-have: experience in the healthcare or Life Sciences sector.

• Nice-to-have: experience in SaaS implementation or technical onboarding.

• Nice-to-have: knowledge of GenAI tools and AI-driven workflows.
