This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collect and document both business and technical requirements for AI capabilities through collaboration with end users and stakeholders.

• Create, develop, test, and sustain AI applications and services utilizing low-code Microsoft tools.

• Incorporate AI functionalities into university systems leveraging the Microsoft technical stack.

• Design and execute multi-agent architecture components within the Microsoft ecosystem.

• Diagnose, debug, and resolve issues in both custom and third-party applications.

• Monitor system performance and review logs and metrics for insights.

• Apply necessary fixes as issues arise.

• Ensure secure access patterns, authentication, authorization, and data protection measures for AI applications using Azure.

• Aid in the development, deployment, and upkeep of AI solutions for university faculty, students, and staff.


⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, accompanied by 3 years of relevant experience.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on an ongoing basis without the need for sponsorship.

• Immigration sponsorship is not applicable for this position.

• Preferred: Education, training, or certification in artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning.

• Preferred: Experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Microsoft Foundry, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.

• Preferred: Experience in integrating Copilot Studio agents with backend services using Power Automate, Azure Functions, APIs, and custom connectors.

• Preferred: Experience in creating and managing Microsoft Foundry endpoints with Entra security.

• Preferred: Experience in configuring and maintaining Power Platform pipelines.

• Preferred: Experience in designing API gateways and authentication mechanisms using Microsoft Entra ID, Azure Functions, and Azure Key Vault.

• Desired: Experience in integrating AI agents with enterprise platforms such as Salesforce through custom connectors and OAuth workflows.

• Desired: Experience in implementing telemetry, monitoring, and security controls across Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure, and Power Platform.

• Desired: Experience in implementing rate limiting via Azure Front Door or API Management.

• Desired: Familiarity with Microsoft Azure development tools, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and AI agents.
