Implementation Manager – SaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee end-to-end implementation projects for both new and existing clients, acting as the main point of contact during the entire implementation lifecycle.

• Create comprehensive implementation plans that encompass timelines, resource distribution, and key milestones to guarantee seamless execution and on-time delivery of solutions.

• Offer technical guidance and support throughout the implementation journey, which includes data migration, system integrations, and platform setup. You are adept at engaging with transit data sources like GTFS, AVL, and GPS feeds to verify data integrity, address issues, and ensure customer solutions function as expected.

• Facilitate live training sessions to empower customers to derive value from Swiftly's products and achieve their essential strategic objectives.

• Promote strong platform adoption while assisting customers in reaching their goals and obtaining value promptly during the implementation phase.

• Maintain consistent and effective communication with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders, providing progress updates, managing expectations, and ensuring alignment throughout the implementation process.

• Conduct comprehensive testing and data validation to confirm the accuracy, reliability, and performance of Swiftly's solutions.

• Identify areas for process enhancement, improvement of implementation methodologies, and optimization of client satisfaction. Share feedback and insights with internal teams for product upgrades and upcoming releases, including actively utilizing AI tools to recognize patterns, automate repetitive tasks, and speed up time-to-value for customers.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 to 4 years of experience as an implementation manager, implementation consultant, project manager, project engineer, or a related role within a SaaS company.

• Thrives in a dynamic environment; capable of rapidly iterating and engaging with various new projects.

• Adopts the startup mentality — takes ownership of new processes, operates independently, and establishes new operations for the team; enthusiastic about experimenting with and embracing new tools, including AI, to create smarter, more scalable working methods.

• Comfortable and knowledgeable in both agile and waterfall project management methodologies.

• An independent, resourceful problem-solver.

• Technically proficient and eager to delve deep — whether it involves parsing a GTFS feed, validating AVL data quality, or troubleshooting an integration; actively employs AI tools to enhance efficiency and is comfortable creating repeatable workflows that utilize them.

• Passionate about mobility, sustainability, or mission-driven work with tangible real-world impact.

• Nice to have: professional project management certification (PMP or equivalent).
