Implementation Manager – RCM Domain Expertise

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Oversee the entire launch process from beginning to end: starting from intake and kickoff, continuing through to go-live, and concluding with a brief post-launch stabilization phase.

• Focus on Revenue Cycle Management (RCM): facilitate intricate RCM product launches from intake to go-live, executing hands-on as a frontline RCM expert while engaging additional resources when necessary.

• Act as a Cross-functional Implementation Partner: deliver detailed insights and expertise to Sales and Success teams to create and manage effective client mutual action plans; ensure partners are consistently updated and equipped to successfully handle client relationships.

• Coordinate the rollout: organize Overjet's internal teams (such as Solutions Engineering, Training, Support, Clinical) alongside the client to ensure clinics are operational; sequence and manage the delivery process to meet timelines.

• Manage operational execution: carry out the necessary steps to complete launches across resourcing, scheduling, installation, training, and readiness; maintain momentum even when challenges arise.

• Maintain accurate systems of record: take ownership of clinic-level reporting and action tracking, ensuring clean and precise records, keeping Salesforce and trackers up to date, and guiding customers smoothly through the stage gates.

• Anticipate challenges: identify blockers and capacity risks early, proactively address issues, and contribute to the development of playbooks and automation that streamline future launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of RCM experience within the US dental industry is essential.

• Background in implementation, onboarding, or project coordination, preferably in SaaS or healthcare technology.

• Unwavering follow-through: you ensure that multiple ongoing launches remain on track without losing sight of details.

• Strong, confident communication skills when interacting with operational stakeholders (such as office managers and IT personnel).

• Adaptability in fast-paced, uncertain, and high-growth environments: you create order instead of waiting for it to be established.

• Exceptional internal communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient with Salesforce and spreadsheets, with a natural inclination to automate repetitive tasks.
