Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Participate in comprehensive Kyriba implementation projects, encompassing project scoping, planning, design, configuration, testing, and go-live phases.

• Assist clients throughout the implementation process by understanding their treasury management needs, providing guidance on best practices, and ensuring that the solutions offered meet their requirements and objectives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, which include technical, functional, and client resources, to guarantee the seamless and timely delivery of project outcomes.

• Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables, ensuring transparency and proactive management of issues.

• Offer advisory services to clients regarding their treasury technology solutions, which may involve redefining existing technology practices, vendor selection, and the implementation of treasury technology solutions.

• Identify new business or project opportunities both domestically and internationally.

• Engage in commercial activities such as presentations, RFPs, events, and networking.

• Oversee treasury advisory projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that deliverables are provided to clients with high quality, on time, and in accordance with the agreed engagement terms.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least 8 years of experience in the implementation of Kyriba Treasury Management System and other related tools, including SWIFT, trading portals, and market data providers.

• Strong knowledge in Treasury & Risk Management, Cash Management, Treasury Management Systems, In-House Banking, Payment Factories, and Bank Connectivity.

• Highly client-focused with a proven track record of resolving complex problems and developing practical solutions.

• Experience in project management and/or leading projects, with a strong ability to work as part of a team.

• Relevant professional qualifications, including a Bachelor's or Master's degree.

• Business fluent (or native) English is essential.

• Willingness to travel within Asia and to other locations such as Europe as required.
