Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee every stage of product implementations, which includes: Project planning

• Capturing requirements

• Conducting testing and ensuring delivery

• Communicating with clients

• Providing launch support

• Supporting and coordinating data migration and integration

• Grasp complex business requirements and convert customer needs into configuration solutions while maintaining best practices.

• Serve as a trusted advisor with in-depth product knowledge, focusing on understanding client objectives and challenges while recommending optimal product configurations.

• Establish and follow project timelines, handling competing priorities and mitigating risks effectively.

• Comply with defined internal processes and methodologies to onboard customers to Vodori efficiently and consistently.

• Proactively recognize any potential obstacles or deficiencies in customer implementations and escalate as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in professional service projects or process consulting engagements, preferably in consulting, SaaS implementation, business analysis, or product management.

• Knowledge of business process optimization, workflow, and enterprise content management concepts.

• Exceptional attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and expertise in project management.

• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks effectively with a strong follow-through on task completion.

• Experience in direct client engagement with a proven history of achieving high customer satisfaction.

• Capability to facilitate and lead large meetings, managing multiple stakeholders with varying interests and priorities.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Familiarity with the promotional content approval process or experience in regulated industries (preferred).

• Experience in data cleaning, import, and migration (preferred); intermediate to advanced Excel skills are advantageous.

• Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, SharePoint, Zendesk, HubSpot, and GUIDEcx (preferred).
