This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• The Implementation Manager serves as the architect of customer success, converting intricate workplace equity objectives into quantifiable results.
• You will not only implement software, but also foster leadership in the category by guiding enterprise clients from their initial interaction to complete platform adoption.
• Your efforts will ensure that workplace equity is predictable, quantifiable, and deeply embedded in our clients' core values.
• As a key member of the implementation team, Implementation Managers exhibit strong communication abilities, show a passion for product adoption, manage multiple workflows, are dedicated to delivering customer value, and collaborate effectively across functions.
• In this position, the Implementation Manager will collaborate closely with team members who possess diverse areas of domain expertise, product knowledge, and strategic support.
• Your primary objective will be to delight and nurture the customer while expediting their time to value by providing solutions that foster more equitable workplaces.

• You have experience in onboarding and implementing Enterprise customers with a SaaS product.

• You possess a strong curiosity and a willingness to explore all facets of the product to uncover new opportunities that meet customer needs.
• You are open to asking questions and seeking assistance and expertise from others.
• You bring empathy, composure, and confidence to help customers navigate challenges.
• You are proactive, always anticipating the next steps needed to meet customer requirements.
• You possess outstanding organizational, project management, and time management skills.
• You are capable of owning and driving initiatives within Syndio that leverage and develop your skills and interests.
• Competitive Compensation. For this role, our salary is targeted at $99-116k per year. Final offer amounts are influenced by factors such as experience and expertise. We adopt a geo-neutral compensation approach within the US, ensuring that pay is determined by job function and level, not location.
