This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assume complete responsibility for managing multiple client projects concurrently, each at varying stages of completion.
• Ensure that all project deliverables, owners, start dates, and due dates are accurately reflected in the project plan.
• Keep project documentation organized, detailed, and precise.
• Actively communicate with Account Management, Business Development, other internal departments, and all stakeholders throughout the client project lifecycle, including status updates on project milestones, scope changes, risks, and necessary actions.
• Guarantee resource availability and appropriate allocation for each project.
• Proactively recognize risks, communicate them to all stakeholders, and implement the necessary measures to mitigate them.
• Facilitate team meetings, document action items, and follow up on deliverables.
• Establish and nurture relationships with broker partners and clients, fostering a foundation of trust and exceptional customer service that the Account Management team can build upon.
• Deliver outstanding service consistently, even during busy periods, while managing tight deadlines.
• Adhere to established project management methodologies and best practices to ensure consistency and quality in project execution.
• Achieve Key Performance Indicator goals and other performance metrics as outlined by Client Onboarding leadership and the department.
• Provide suggestions for process improvements based on project experiences, aiding in the enhancement of project management practices.
• Lead process improvement initiatives during non-peak months and deliver presentations on outcomes.
• Serve as an Implementation expert during finalist meetings with potential brokers and clients.
• Exhibit a high degree of creativity and independence, with minimal oversight required.
• Ensure that C3 cases comply with the 5 Why Methodology analysis requirements.
• Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to assist Implementation Teams in preparing for Intro and PDX calls.
• Be a Change Champion, promoting a positive attitude toward change management to encourage acceptance within the team.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in benefit implementation or project management.
• Proven track record of success in a client-facing role.
• Strong facilitation skills that drive project outcomes to exceed customer expectations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Exceptional collaborator and partner in teamwork.
• Process-oriented individual who understands the significance of adhering to a consistent process to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Strong organizational skills, including time management, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic environment.
• A sense of urgency essential for meeting goals, objectives, and deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to work collaboratively with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities; capable of conveying technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• A genuine passion for learning and a willingness to embrace new challenges.
• Capability to make both routine and complex decisions in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Familiarity with project management software is desired.
