Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the extraction of essential data from tenant documents for both new and existing customers with accuracy and punctuality.

• Review, verify, and reconcile customer information within the Prophia platform while adhering to established deadlines and performance standards.

• Utilize AI tools and internal automation to enhance productivity, data integrity, communication, documentation, and project execution.

• Identify chances to integrate AI into daily operations to minimize manual tasks, enhance consistency, and boost implementation efficiency.

• Keep stakeholders aligned, manage issues and risks until resolution, and ensure that milestones are achieved.

• Acquire expertise in commercial lease terminology and interpret the rights of landlords and tenants.

• Adhere to and refine best practices during implementation processes throughout the customer experience.

• Deliver an outstanding onboarding experience for customers.

• Conduct onboarding calls, provide product demonstrations, and address data discrepancies.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to oversee objectives, scope, and timelines for implementations.

• Relay product feedback and bug reports to the Product, Engineering, and AI teams.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
