Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Ensure robust accountability across 15–20 simultaneous implementations, making certain that deadlines are adhered to and obstacles are promptly resolved.

• Take ownership of project management for implementations from kickoff to go-live, monitoring milestones, managing risks, and ensuring alignment among all stakeholders.

• Conduct internal and external discovery sessions to identify customer requirements and develop customized implementation plans.

• Define the scope and oversee HRIS integrations, including reviewing API documentation, mapping data, and minimizing reliance on engineering resources whenever possible.

• Collaborate with internal teams across integrations, product, and support to guarantee timely delivery and effective communication.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, providing strategic workflow insights and best practices for the product.

• Facilitate a seamless transition to our Customer Success team following implementation, while remaining engaged during the initial adoption phase to promote long-term success.

• Create and conduct scalable customer training programs, including live sessions, train-the-trainer initiatives, and asynchronous enablement resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience leading large-scale B2B SaaS implementations, preferably in both enterprise and mid-market settings; experience in HR/recruiting technology is a significant advantage.

• Demonstrated ability to manage 10 or more concurrent implementations, balancing complexity, customer demands, and internal coordination.

• Technically proficient—able to read API documentation, troubleshoot basic integration challenges, and minimize engineering dependency.

• Organized project leader—develops milestone-driven plans, defines customer responsibilities, and anticipates risks by thinking 2–3 steps ahead.

• Experienced in collaborating with global clients and cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success.

• Proven track record of managing implementation risks, such as adjusting plans, resolving technical issues, or driving necessary changes.

• Brings operational rigor and accountability to each project, earning the trust of others to own results rather than just tasks.

• Comfortable working in dynamic, startup-like environments with continuously evolving processes.

• Possesses professional demeanor and communication skills, capable of commanding attention in virtual settings.

• Resides in the U.S. (in either EST or CST time zones).
