Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of launch implementation from start to finish: managing the process from intake and kickoff to go-live and a brief post-launch stabilization period.

• Serve as a cross-functional Implementation Partner: deliver detailed expertise to Sales and Success teams to develop and oversee effective client mutual action plans; ensure partners are consistently updated and equipped to successfully handle client relationships.

• Coordinate the rollout: organize Overjet's internal teams (such as Solutions Engineering, Training, Support, Clinical) alongside the client to activate clinics; manage the sequence and delivery chain to meet established timelines.

• Manage operational execution: implement the necessary steps to complete launches across resourcing, scheduling, installation, training, and readiness; maintain momentum even when challenges arise.

• Maintain record integrity: take charge of clinic-level reporting and action tracking, ensure records are clean and accurate, keep Salesforce and tracking systems up to date, and guide customers smoothly through the stage gates.

• Anticipate challenges: identify blockers and capacity risks early on, proactively resolve issues, and assist in developing playbooks and automation to streamline future launches.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in implementation, onboarding, or project coordination, preferably within SaaS or healthcare technology sectors.

• Strong follow-through skills: adept at keeping multiple launches on track without overlooking details.

• Confident and effective client-facing communication with operational stakeholders (such as office managers and IT personnel).

• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, and high-growth settings: you build structure instead of waiting for it to be established.

• Exceptional internal communication and collaboration abilities.

• Proficient in Salesforce and spreadsheets, with a natural inclination to automate repetitive tasks.

• Experience in the Clinical and Dental industries is advantageous.
