Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Shaping the Client Experience: Crafting project plans tailored to each client's specific requirements, leading to elevated satisfaction levels, enhanced product adoption, and increased renewal rates after implementation.

• Stakeholder Governance: Foster accountability across teams by obtaining stakeholder buy-in at all organizational levels and managing cross-functional stakeholders to ensure compliance with project milestones and implementation schedules.

• Overseeing Technical Deliverables: Collaborate with our Solutions Services, Professional Services, Engineering, and Product teams to guarantee that custom and technical tasks are completed on time.

• Interdepartmental Collaboration: Work alongside cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Engineering, to deliver a seamless implementation experience and swiftly address any challenges.

• Process Transformation: Analyze current client workflows and redesign them into optimized Ottimate solutions that reduce manual bottlenecks and leverage AI-driven automation.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of demonstrated experience in managing intricate client deployments and platform implementations, preferably within a B2B SaaS context.

• Established ability to adopt a consultative approach to software implementation, collaborating with clients to comprehend their business needs and convert them into effective technical solutions.

• Technical knowledge pertinent to the industries and solutions being implemented.

• Strong sense of ownership and a proactive mindset in identifying and tackling challenges.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cultivate robust client relationships and convey complex information effectively.

• Solid project management capabilities, with the proficiency to oversee comprehensive project execution, timeline management, and stakeholder communications.

• Skilled in project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and managing high-impact projects.

• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
