Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Comprehensively grasp all elements crucial to the customer that may influence deployment and effectively communicate this with internal teams.

• Implement Odyssey for our customers, ensuring the successful fulfillment of contractual obligations and go-live milestones.

• Cultivate robust partnerships and maintain open lines of communication with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Formulate deployment strategies and lead these initiatives alongside State stakeholders and internal Odyssey teams, including Engineering, Product, and Support.

• Offer technical expertise and insights regarding Odyssey’s platform to various technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating the deployment of technical solutions and configurations.

• Propel customer growth and adoption, resulting in successful renewals.

• Ensure that we are deploying customers in a scalable and efficient manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in an implementation or customer success role, with practical experience in deploying actual technology products.

• Proven experience in managing long-term, complex, and technical implementation cycles lasting 6+ months from inception to completion.

• Strong technical proficiency – capable of deploying technical systems and engaging in high-level technical discussions with customers.

• High level of empathy; able to appreciate the perspectives of our customers and end users.

• Ownership mentality, strong accountability, and creative problem-solving skills; consistently seeking to navigate obstacles.

• Collaborative team member with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dedication to continuous improvement.

• Analytical thinker with the ability to utilize SQL and/or advanced Excel techniques to analyze data.

• Experience collaborating with government agencies is a significant advantage.
