Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accept new trial setup requests from Customer Success Managers (CSMs), detailing trial specifics, targeted countries, individual sites, and travel/reimbursement limits.

• Convert trial requirements into precise, fully configured system setups in Mural Link.

• Conduct thorough manual data entry across trial, country, site, and payment/reimbursement configurations.

• Utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude Projects while ensuring the accuracy of final configurations.

• Detect inconsistencies, gaps, or errors in incoming requirements and raise inquiries with the CSM.

• Ensure consistent and repeatable setup quality as trial volume increases.

• Monitor setup progress and communicate updates and obstacles to CSMs and internal stakeholders.

• Offer insights on setup-process inefficiencies and potential simplification opportunities for future product enhancements.

• Progress towards reviewing automated setups, managing exceptions, and tackling complex configuration tasks as the platform evolves.

• Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to independently verify work.

• Comfort with manual, repetitive data entry and direct configuration tasks.

• Ability to accurately follow structured, multi-faceted requirements and translate them into system setups.

• Willingness to learn and utilize AI-assisted tools like Claude Projects.

• Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to handle multiple trial setups concurrently.

• Clear written communication skills for raising questions or discrepancies with CSMs.

• Ability to work independently once requirements are provided and to appropriately escalate any ambiguities.

• Previous experience in clinical trials, clinical research operations, or a similar regulated, detail-oriented field (preferred).

• Background in system configuration, data entry, or SaaS implementation/onboarding (preferred).

• Familiarity with trial sites, sponsors, target countries, or participant reimbursement structures (preferred).
