This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of comprehensive implementation plans for enterprise clients, including timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and accountability among stakeholders.
• Facilitate the transition from Sales upon deal closure in collaboration with Customer Success and Solutions Engineering: confirm service scope, timeline commitments, complexity indicators, and migration readiness.
• Oversee workspace architecture, migration, and integration workstreams (SSO/SCIM, Slack, GitHub, Jira sync, custom integrations) in collaboration with customer IT, Solutions Engineering, and engineering escalations.
• Develop the enablement calendar together with Customer Education, spearhead persona-based training initiatives, and manage wave-by-wave rollout strategies.
• Lead the execution of go-live and the subsequent 30 days post-launch: monitor adoption, swiftly address issues, and ensure a structured handoff to the Customer Success Manager (CSM).
• Establish and uphold the services engagement model so that each enterprise deal has a well-defined scope, deliverables, and boundaries before kickoff.
• Create the implementation playbook: transform each rollout into a documented, repeatable framework that scales with the organization.
• Minimum of 5 years in implementation management, technical program management, or enterprise onboarding within a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven experience managing enterprise rollouts involving multiple workstreams and stakeholders (preferably for deployments of 1,000+ users).
• Strong expertise in structured project management: implementation plans, dependencies, ownership, and risk monitoring.
• Capability to coordinate both technical and non-technical teams without directly managing the technical execution.
• Excellent executive communication skills: adept at leading a steering committee, providing VP-level status updates, and engaging with a customer IT administrator in the same day.
• Experience in defining and enforcing service scopes: outlining engagements, setting expectations regarding hours and deliverables, and addressing scope creep.
• Bonus: knowledge of enterprise migration patterns, SSO/SCIM provisioning, and integration configuration at scale, or experience collaborating with Solutions Engineering or Professional Services.
• Competitive salary and equity package.
• Employee-friendly equity terms, including early exercise options in the US and extended exercise windows.
• Daily meal and coffee stipends provided on workdays.
• Paid co-working space or desk options available.
• Health coverage in accordance with country requirements.
• 5 weeks of paid vacation, in addition to local statutory holidays.
• 4 months of paid parental leave.
• Paid leave for one month after 4 years of service, and every 2 years thereafter.
• Regular team events and off-site gatherings.
• Remote-first culture with no mandatory commuting.
