Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Lead transformational initiatives through CWA Replacement and technology projects.

• Provide leadership support for projects within the Institutional Bank.

• Convert client and business requirements into actionable user stories.

• Collaborate with stakeholders and engineering leads to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.

• Assist Business Process Owners in conducting effective agile ceremonies.

• Engage with Technology Product Owners early to develop design and implementation specifics.

• Uphold robust documentation and knowledge-sharing practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Project Management, preferably within fintech, banking, or SaaS sectors.

• Comfortable working with data, logs, APIs, and cloud-based environments, or eager to learn.

• Demonstrated experience in conducting agile ceremonies and ensuring team accountability.

• Highly organized and methodical, capable of creating clear plans (including contingency plans), delegating tasks, and managing parallel work streams.

• Ability to utilize reporting and analytics tools to validate assumptions, measure results, and guide product decisions.

• Familiarity with Jira and Confluence; committed to maintaining ticket cleanliness and thorough documentation.

• Exceptional written communication skills, able to create clear requirements, design documents, diagrams, and executive summaries.

• Capable of mapping requirements to the relevant systems and teams, taking ownership across boundaries rather than deferring to other teams.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business, or a related field preferred; however, practical experience is prioritized over formal education.
