Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +16 more states.

📋 Description

• Implement and deliver ALEX to clients.

• Delightfully troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.

• Collaborate with internal teams to discover effective solutions.

• Analyze customer benefit packages and tailored software builds to assess compatibility with Jellyvision’s proprietary software.

• Document and communicate any identified customer-product fit issues internally and externally, while proposing solutions for resolution.

• Establish strong relationships with customers.

• Keep customers informed about project schedules and progress, ensuring they are aware of the status of each release.

• Anticipate future challenges to enhance overall efficiency and satisfaction.

• Record process and product issues, along with suggestions for improvement, to continually enhance our practices and performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 1 year of experience in a customer-facing implementation or project management position.

• Previous roles that required balancing internal demands and external (customer) needs alongside budget considerations.

• Proven ability to create spreadsheets, pay attention to details, and exhibit the skills necessary to be both an effective project manager and a valuable team member.

• Experience in managing complex tasks, competing priorities, and project timelines while working alongside cross-functional teams.

• Strong sense of ownership regarding actions, decisions, and outcomes: you follow through on commitments and take personal accountability for the quality of your work.

• Demonstrated capacity to quickly grasp new technologies and a willingness to tackle unfamiliar tasks.

• Experience working under pressure during peak seasons.

• Background in employer-offered benefits in sales or account management, particularly in plan design and/or renewal processes (preferred).

• Familiarity with the Atlassian tool suite, especially Jira and Confluence (preferred).
