Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Formulate and execute project plans to guarantee that sites are completed on schedule, within budget, and with optimal customer satisfaction, while also addressing other key performance indicators, in collaboration with operations, product support, and other essential contractors.

• Oversee the complete project lifecycle, starting from the sales handoff, initial scoping, and planning, through implementation, training, and extending to post-implementation support.

• Cultivate operational and tactical relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for implementation engagements.

• Collaborate with Go-to-Market teams to grasp customer requirements and ensure that solutions are customized to fulfill these needs, working alongside other critical functions.

• Propel necessary enhancements throughout the end-to-end implementation process, utilizing lean tools such as value-stream mapping, among others.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in implementations, project management, or a professional services capacity.

• Demonstrated experience in managing the deployment of hardware and software solutions, preferably in the health-tech or high-tech industries.

• Outstanding project management capabilities, with a proven history of delivering intricate projects on time and within budget. PMP certification is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with lean tools and methodologies.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for establishing robust relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%, often on short notice, as required for customer engagements.
