Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute project plans to guarantee that sites are completed on schedule, within budget, and with the highest levels of customer satisfaction, while collaborating with operations, product support, and other essential contractors.

• Take ownership of the complete project lifecycle, from the sales handoff, initial scoping and planning, through to implementation, training, and post-implementation support.

• Manage operational and tactical relationships with key customer stakeholders, serving as the main point of contact for implementation engagements.

• Collaborate with the Go-to-Market team to understand customer requirements and ensure that solutions are customized to fulfill these needs, working alongside other critical functions.

• Initiate necessary enhancements within the end-to-end implementation process, utilizing lean tools such as value-stream mapping, among others.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, information technology, or a related field.

• At least 5 years of experience in an implementation, project management, or professional services role.

• Demonstrated experience in managing the implementation of hardware and software solutions, preferably in the health-tech or high-tech industry.

• Strong project management skills, with a proven history of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. PMP certification is highly preferred.

• Proficiency in lean tools and methodologies.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to establish solid relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to travel up to 80%, often on short notice, as required for customer engagements.
