This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee Client Implementations & Pilot Programs
• Manage the complete delivery process for new client integrations and solution pilot projects.
• Convert business use cases into comprehensive solution strategies.
• Direct the implementation of integrations with client systems such as CRM (e.g., Salesforce), Electronic Medical Records (EMRs), and data platforms utilizing APIs, CSVs, Smart on FHIR, and other standards.
• Collaborate with the customer enablement team, internal engineering, and product groups to ensure timely and scalable integration deployments.
• Project Management
• Oversee multiple simultaneous client implementations using a structured delivery approach and effective communication.
• Monitor milestones, risks, and deliverables to guarantee predictable results.
• Document insights and contribute to the ongoing enhancement of the implementation playbook.
• Client Engagement
• Serve as a consultative partner to Big Pharma, Specialty Pharmacy, Pharm Hubs, Payor, and Provider clients; offer clear advice on system functionalities, integration strategies, and best practices.
• Lead technical discussions and working sessions with clients, representing Infinitus as a subject matter expert.
• Assist customers throughout the design, build, quality assurance, user acceptance testing, go-live, and hypercare phases, proactively resolving issues and ensuring client preparedness for launch.
• 4–5 years of experience in leading software implementations, technical consulting, or system integration for healthcare clients, preferably with SaaS platforms.
• Proven ability to project manage and successfully deliver client-facing technical projects from start to finish.
• Strong agile and project management capabilities to deliver customer features in two-week sprints.
• Practical experience working with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills—capable of bridging the gap between business and technical stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with outstanding problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple fast-paced projects in a startup environment.
