This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the comprehensive delivery of customer implementations for our AI-driven digital pharmacy platform.
• Collaborate across departments including Sales, Engineering, Product, and Business Operations to ensure timely and impactful solutions for health system clients.
• Manage customer implementations from the initial kickoff to the go-live phase, taking ownership of the plan, timeline, and results.
• Follow established implementation methodologies and playbooks, while actively contributing enhancements based on effective practices.
• Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and other essential implementation documentation with accuracy and diligence.
• Coordinate both internal resources and external partners to guarantee smooth and timely delivery.
• Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies proactively—escalate when necessary and take responsibility for resolutions.
• Act as the main point of contact for customers during the entire implementation process.
• Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders within health system clients.
• Provide clear and consistent implementation updates to internal and external stakeholders on a regular basis.
• Strive to enhance NPS, customer satisfaction, and revenue recognition through exemplary delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales on project scoping, deal transitions, and establishing accurate customer expectations prior to implementation.
• Work together with Product and Engineering to communicate customer feedback, highlight integration challenges, and contribute to the product roadmap.
• Assist in the creation of implementation playbooks, templates, and best practices to improve consistency across the team.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer-facing project or program management within enterprise healthcare SaaS or health technology.
• Experience working at an early-stage, venture-backed healthcare technology company (from Seed to Series B) and understanding the dynamics of a startup environment.
• Demonstrated success in managing end-to-end implementations of enterprise healthcare software, SaaS, or AI solutions at U.S. health systems.
• Experience in launching new enterprise healthcare technology products and establishing the delivery infrastructure around them.
• Strong expertise in the healthcare domain.
• In-depth knowledge of healthcare data, integration, and interoperability standards (such as FHIR, HL7).
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail, follow-through, and a focus on clarity and execution.
• Excellent communication skills—capable of leading meetings, aligning cross-functional teams, and managing stakeholders independently.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous situations with a proactive, ownership-oriented attitude.
