Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the effective implementation of the solution at the client’s location

• Oversee the complete implementation process — including hardware installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning

• Evaluate customer needs and integrate them into the system

• Act as the main liaison for the customer throughout the duration of the project

• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing teams

⛳️ Requirements

• 1–5 years of professional experience in project management, implementation, or customer onboarding

• Strong technical knowledge

• Capability to organize intricate processes

• Proficiency in German and English — both written and spoken

• Experience with IoT solutions, hardware rollouts, or topics related to parking/mobility (preferred)
