Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee and direct the implementation and operations team in daily activities.

• Work in collaboration with internal product development, operations, client services teams, and external clients to ensure successful implementations.

• Ensure all stakeholders are engaged and kept informed about the implementation process and operational updates.

• Define and spearhead the development of project implementation strategies.

• Identify opportunities for process enhancements and provide constructive feedback to the process improvement team.

• Monitor intricate operational reports and assist in resolving delivery challenges.

• Guide and mentor staff to optimize their performance and potential.

• Assess team members’ job satisfaction and morale.

• Manage remote project collaboration to achieve milestones and objectives.

• Complete special projects and perform other assigned tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or equivalent experience.

• At least 2 years of experience managing all aspects of client implementation efforts from an operational standpoint.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams on multiple implementation projects concurrently.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in evaluating complex operational reports and adjusting delivery to meet performance targets.

• At least 2 years of experience working within an enterprise change management framework.

• Capability to supervise client implementation efforts and coordinate solutions across various functional groups.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills along with results-driven leadership capabilities.

• Ability to cultivate successful teams in time-sensitive environments.

• Proficiency in monitoring progress and adhering to specific deadlines.

• Experience in reporting project statuses to executive-level stakeholders.

• Preferred: experience in the healthcare industry.

• Preferred: strong grasp of software development life cycles.

• Preferred: familiarity with NCQA, HEDIS, and CMS Stars.

• Preferred: basic knowledge of IT applications, data processing, and medical claims processing.

• Preferred: PMP certification.

• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in leading projects and/or client implementations.

• Willingness and ability to adapt to a flexible schedule around project deadlines and implementations.

• Ability to provide a dedicated and secure workspace.

• Ability to ensure high-speed internet access/connectivity and maintain an office setup.
