Implementation Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main contact for new implementation clients.

• Facilitate requirements review meetings to validate client needs, objectives, and project scope.

• Convert business requirements into clear delivery briefs for implementation specialists.

• Manage the comprehensive implementation plan, including timelines and milestones.

• Coordinate and supervise one or more Implementation Specialists.

• Handle risks, scope management, and client expectations.

• Ensure that implementations are completed on schedule and meet agreed standards.

• Review and approve query builds, channel configurations, dashboards, and reports.

• Maintain consistency and adhere to best practices across all client implementations.

• Provide or organize client training, which includes webinar-style sessions and customized one-on-one training.

• Ensure clients feel confident and prepared for handover after implementation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in English at a professional level, both written and spoken.

• Demonstrated experience in configuring and utilizing Hootsuite.

• Extensive experience in delivering Hootsuite implementations in a client-facing capacity.

• Proven experience in project management.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management and communication.

• Ability to manage multiple implementations and delivery resources simultaneously.

• Comfortable overseeing technical delivery without necessarily handling all configurations personally.

• Hootsuite certification(s) are required.

• Experience in managing delivery teams or freelancers.

• Familiarity with implementation frameworks, SLAs, and onboarding playbooks.
