This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, configuring their AI agents to manage calls, schedule jobs, and integrate with CRM systems such as ServiceTitan.
• Tailor prompt flows and voice logic to align with each business’s tone, procedures, and objectives.
• Educate owners and office managers on best practices, troubleshooting techniques, and continuous optimization strategies.
• Closely monitor initial adoption, identify potential risks, and ensure that accounts achieve critical milestones within the first 30–60 days.
• Work in tandem with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback and enhance AI functionality and workflows.
• Possess 3+ years of experience in onboarding, customer success, or technical implementation—preferably within a dynamic SaaS, automation, or AI environment.
• Exhibit strong communication skills, capable of simplifying AI and technical concepts for non-technical users.
• Demonstrate organizational skills and a process-oriented mindset, able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously and refine onboarding procedures.
• Excel in fast-paced and ambiguous situations—you act swiftly, proactively tackle challenges, and contribute to defining our growth strategy.
