Implementation Manager

📋 Description

• Lead the implementation project by overseeing planning, design, communication, and execution of defined requirements.

• Develop and use customer project plans, identifying risks and planning for their remediation.

• Responsible for both internal and external program documentation.

• Skillfully facilitate project calls and discovery workshops with onboarding clients.

• Create and implement strategies that align customer solutions with company goals and scope requirements.

• Ensure that KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) are met and effectively communicated across all organizational levels.

• Manage expectations and communication regarding both internal and external projects.

• Organize customization scoping, documentation, tracking, and invoicing as needed.

• Collaborate with the Technical Implementation Specialist to ensure thorough testing of application functionality.

• Successfully coordinate the initial customer implementation and subsequent platform upgrades within the team.

• Oversee a team of technical specialists tasked with platform development and project plan execution.

• Ensure overall project quality control throughout the development process, adhering to brightfin delivery standards.

• Build and nurture strong business relationships with both internal and external teams.

• Coordinate training and manage lifecycle transition phases internally and externally.

• Recognize the business value offered by the contracted solution; comprehend customer business objectives at various relationship stages to align services accordingly.

• Identify opportunities for system or process enhancements; document and communicate these enhancements to relevant internal stakeholders for work and cost estimations.

• Maintain current knowledge of brightfin application technical aspects and industry best practices.

• Ensure that tools are in place to achieve optimal operational efficiency in line with brightfin initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent professional experience.

• Knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) models and Agile methodologies.

• Varied experience in QA/TBA.

• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Implementation.

• Experience with ServiceNow is an advantage.
