This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the delivery process for Alkami's Business Omni, in-branch, and specialty account type configurations from the initial kick-off to the go-live phase.
• Create and document repeatable and scalable implementation methodologies tailored to various account types.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Implementation Managers and specialists.
• Assume full responsibility for the in-branch and specialty implementation pipeline.
• Act as a key escalation point and trusted advisor for banks and credit unions as they navigate complex onboarding processes.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support teams to resolve deployment challenges.
• 3–5 years of experience in software implementation, project management, or technical delivery, preferably in a SaaS or fintech context.
• Direct experience within a bank or credit union setting.
• Practical experience with account opening software.
• Experience in people management, or a clear demonstration of readiness to assume a leadership role.
• A structured, process-oriented mindset for developing the runbook.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Willingness to travel to customer locations as required.
