This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of customer implementations from the initial discovery and requirements gathering stages through to configuration, testing, go-live, and successful adoption.
• Facilitate implementation and workflow-discovery sessions with clinical research clients.
• Comprehend customer study operations, systems, challenges, and operational needs.
• Create implementation plans, workflows, milestones, dependencies, and criteria for launch.
• Manage implementation activities across customer stakeholders and internal Tilda teams.
• Identify potential implementation risks and proactively drive issues toward resolution.
• Ensure that customers are fully operational and ready to utilize Tilda effectively.
• Convert clinical trial workflows and business requirements into product configurations and technical specifications.
• Collaborate with customers to improve inefficient or manual processes.
• Document requirements, use cases, workflows, configuration choices, and product gaps.
• Translate clinical needs for Product and Engineering teams, facilitating communication between clinical and technical aspects.
• Oversee platform configuration, data setup, user setup, permissions, and study-specific requirements.
• Coordinate and carry out User Acceptance Testing and validation of implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues, workflow deficiencies, and configuration challenges alongside Product and Engineering teams.
• Provide support to customers during the go-live phase and early stages of production adoption.
• Offer expertise in clinical trial operations across Sponsors, CROs, Sites, Investigators, and Study Teams.
• Leverage knowledge of study startup, execution, monitoring, data collection, quality, closeout, and GCP requirements.
• Integrate customer and clinical operations insights into Product and Engineering discussions.
• Identify recurring requirements for standardized product functionalities and opportunities for automation and AI enhancements.
• Assist in the testing and validation of new product capabilities.
• Educate clinical and operational users on Tilda workflows.
• Conduct implementation workshops, workflow assessments, and customer training sessions.
• Produce implementation documentation and establish best practices.
• Aid in transitioning from legacy processes to Tilda.
• Collaborate with Customer Success post-go-live to ensure adoption and realization of value.
• 5-10 years of experience in Clinical Trial Operations, Clinical Project Management, Clinical Research, or similar clinical trial roles.
• Experience within a CRO, pharmaceutical/biotechnology company, or clinical research organization is essential.
• Strong grasp of clinical trial operations and study lifecycle workflows.
• Proven experience managing clinical projects, studies, operational workstreams, or cross-functional clinical initiatives.
• At least 2 years of experience in working with and implementing clinical trial technology, SaaS platforms, or clinical software products — REQUIRED.
• Ability to translate clinical/business requirements into system workflows, product specifications, or configurations.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, Technology, or software implementation teams.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Strong customer-facing skills and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Effective communication skills with clinical/operational stakeholders and technical/product teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a technology-driven mindset.
• Preferred experience with Medidata, Veeva, Oracle Clinical, IQVIA clinical technologies, Florence Healthcare, Signant Health, Clario, TrialKit, or comparable clinical trial SaaS platforms.
