Implementation & Integration Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the deployment of PM/CRM software solutions, encompassing configuration, customization, and integration with current systems.

• Collaborate with various teams to collect and evaluate business requirements.

• Design and execute PM/CRM strategies aimed at enhancing customer engagement and retention.

• Educate employees on the effective use of the PM/CRM system.

• Deliver continuous support and maintenance for the PM/CRM system.

• Keep informed about PM/CRM trends and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing PM/CRM software systems.

• In-depth knowledge of PM/CRM platforms including Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, GHL, Monday.com, ClickUp, Asana, Airtable, and Teamwork.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Operations-oriented mindset.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• PM/CRM certifications are an advantage.

• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus (e.g., Zapier, Make.com).
