Implementation & Insights Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with enterprise customer teams to gain insights into business operations and establish analytical requirements.

• Utilize SQL and BI tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker) to analyze extensive and complex retail datasets, extracting valuable insights.

• Develop dashboards and visualizations that showcase store performance, uncover areas for improvement, and track outcomes.

• Convert data insights into actionable recommendations that promote operational excellence.

• Work alongside Product, Customer, and Implementation teams to ensure our data narratives align with business objectives.

• Continuously enhance our data interpretation and presentation methods, increasing clarity, speed, and impact for both internal teams and clients.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in BI, analytics, or data-driven decision support, preferably in retail, FMCG, or SaaS sectors.

• Proficient in SQL and Excel, with a strong ability to work directly with intricate datasets.

• Experience in generating reports or dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools.

• An analytical mindset, coupled with a genuine curiosity about data insights and their potential to drive action.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying technical findings to non-technical audiences.

• Organized, proactive, and adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously.

• Collaborative and commercially aware, with the ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Experience in retail, FMCG, or other operational data environments is advantageous.

• Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL processes, or data modeling is a plus.

• Practical experience in utilizing data to facilitate operational changes or performance enhancements is beneficial.

• Understanding of how data transitions from source systems into BI tools is advantageous.

• A proven record of influencing decisions or enhancing processes through data insights is a bonus.
