Implementation Engineer – Forward-Deployed Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and ensure their success with the product.

• Translate customer data-migration schemas into the product's core components by developing playbooks.

• Perform web scraping, data parsing, and various computer-related tasks as part of the implementation process.

• Act as the technical liaison between customers and the engineering team.

• Offer product insights and highlight gaps and bugs to the engineering team.

• Strive to maintain customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for expansion.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated technical proficiency, such as experience as a junior engineer or familiarity with scripting.

• Comfortable with JSON structures and overall technical frameworks.

• Excellent communication skills; capable of interacting with clients.

• Eager to work in a dynamic startup environment.

• Bonus: Background in computer science, go-to-market engineering experience, or experience with accounting/ERP implementations.
