Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ireland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete technical delivery process for customer deployments.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects to handle technical configurations.

• Lead implementations until customer approval is achieved.

• Set up customers’ technical specifications and integration needs.

• Address technical challenges during the installation phase.

• Work closely with product and engineering teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in enterprise IT solutions.

• Proficiency in Linux (RHEL, CentOS, or Ubuntu) and Windows operating systems.

• Familiarity with web-based application architecture and associated networking.

• Understanding of AWS and Azure infrastructure.

• Experience with storage solutions like Azure Blob, AWS S3, NFS, etc.

• Background in managing containerized applications using Docker or Kubernetes.

• Excellent communication skills and comfort in engaging with customers.

• Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
