Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Oversee Tier 1 client accounts throughout implementations, data migrations, API enablement, and support.

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to create and deliver internal tools and client-facing solutions that operate independently of the product roadmap.

• Take responsibility for technical troubleshooting and support for designated accounts.

• Ensure transparency across product usage, client workflows, technology stacks, and dependencies.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in application engineering, data migrations, product analytics, and support engineering within consulting, professional services, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS environments.

• Skilled in AI-assisted development and debugging, APIs, and technical implementations.

• Expertise in business technology, working with vendor systems such as Pendo, Amazon Redshift, and Intercom.

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience in private credit, financial infrastructure, or regulated financial products is advantageous.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
