This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the entire client onboarding process.
• Transition new clients from signed contracts to operational AI agents, overseeing the complete technical implementation lifecycle with defined timelines and responsibilities.
• Integrate client systems seamlessly.
• Connect CRMs, lead sources, inventory feeds, websites, and external platforms to Lahzo's infrastructure — including legacy systems with incomplete or inconsistent data.
• Configure and optimize AI agents.
• Establish each client's AI agent with precise business context, communication style, product knowledge, and behavioral parameters.
• Comprehend how modifications to prompts and configurations influence downstream AI behavior prior to production.
• Convert business requirements into technical setups.
• Collaborate directly with account managers and clients to gain insights into their business, and transform that understanding into effective agent configurations.
• Troubleshoot across various layers.
• When issues arise, trace them through the entire stack — integration, data, prompt, and agent behavior — until resolution is achieved.
• Streamline onboarding duration.
• Recognize patterns across implementations and partner with the team to standardize, document, and expedite the onboarding process over time.
• Maintain documentation of your developments.
• Practical experience with API integrations and connectivity to third-party systems, especially with challenging or legacy data sources.
• Strong background in TypeScript, Python, or equivalent backend languages — sufficient to independently build, debug, and modify integrations.
• Familiarity with AI systems and LLM behavior — you understand how context and prompts influence agent output, and can configure AI agents effectively without the need to build them from the ground up.
• Excellent project management skills — you can manage timelines, identify blockers early, and ensure alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Effective communicator who can interpret technical requirements into straightforward language for clients and account managers, and relay client feedback into precise technical configurations.
• Experience with databases — SQL on BigQuery, MongoDB, Redis, or similar technologies.
• At ease in fast-paced startup environments where responsibilities are broad and processes are still evolving.
