Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Developing and setting up automation workflows within the DigitalGenius platform to launch the client's initial live use case.

• Optimizing AI behavior and logic based on actual customer interactions and feedback during the implementation phase.

• Connecting DG's platform with external customer service tools (such as Dixa, Zendesk, Salesforce) using APIs and webhooks.

• Working closely with clients to comprehend their needs and customize our solutions to align with their business objectives.

• Facilitating training sessions and workshops to enable clients to effectively utilize our solutions.

• Tracking implementation progress and ensuring projects are delivered on schedule.

• Identifying and resolving any technical challenges that may occur during the implementation stage.

• Continuously collecting customer feedback to enhance the implementation process and improve our offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical implementation or solutions engineering, ideally within a SaaS environment.

• Strong knowledge of APIs, JSON, webhooks, and system integrations.

• Proficient coding skills in Node.js and Python.

• Excellent analytical skills and the capability to effectively troubleshoot technical challenges.

• Outstanding communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the skill to convey technical concepts to non-technical individuals.

• Demonstrated experience in managing multiple projects concurrently while adhering to deadlines.

• Preferred: Experience in the e-commerce or AI sectors.

• Preferred: Knowledge of customer service platforms and helpdesk systems.
