Implementation Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee and design the technical vision for the implementation, testing, and reporting for large enterprise clients.

• Collaborate with and directly assist our clients to create the best possible user experiences within Clutch.

• Deploy and troubleshoot Clutch solutions across a diverse range of configurations and client environments.

• Become a subject matter expert on Clutch’s platform capabilities and application design patterns.

• Work in tandem with cross-functional teams to enhance and evolve products based on client feedback and requirements.

• Manage the daily operational and tactical elements of multiple implementation projects.

• Clearly communicate plans, progress, and statuses to both internal and customer stakeholders.

• Partner with Customer Success, Support, Product, and Engineering teams within Clutch to enhance the platform.

• Refine internal processes, tools, and documentation to facilitate effective scaling and increase implementation efficiency.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, preferably within a startup setting.

• At least 2 years of professional experience with web API integration and modern web frameworks (React, Node.js, etc.) is advantageous.

• Proficiency in Python, JSON, GitHub, terminal, and familiarity with JavaScript & TypeScript is a plus.

• Capability to read, write, and comprehend code in various programming languages to understand our platform and troubleshoot issues effectively.

• Familiarity and comfort with utilizing multiple AI tools (Cursor, OpenAI products such as Codex, etc.).

• Outstanding communication abilities, both written and verbal.

• Skill in identifying and articulating practical solutions to complex integration challenges, both internally and externally with clients.

• Demonstrated ability to swiftly learn new technologies and grasp intricate systems (APIs, databases, SDKs, etc.).

• Self-motivated with the capability to assess, troubleshoot, and work independently to resolve complex issues.

• Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple external customers simultaneously.

• A strong enthusiasm for working with people, combined with excellent communication skills; able to explain complex technical matters in an understandable way for both technical and non-technical audiences.
