This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the executive owner and main accountability figure for intricate specialty pharmacy implementation projects within prominent health systems.
• Provide guidance to C-suite, VP, and Director-level stakeholders regarding operational, organizational, and strategic decisions.
• Establish long-term executive relationships to support the success of implementations and foster partnership development.
• Evaluate current operations and pinpoint areas for improvement in workflows, staffing models, patient experience, and program performance.
• Lead the design and execution of future-state operating models alongside change management initiatives.
• Develop and implement project plans, workstreams, milestones, and governance structures across multiple concurrent implementations.
• Identify potential risks, eliminate barriers, and ensure accountability within internal and client teams.
• Facilitate executive steering committee meetings, project reviews, and discussions on operational status.
• Utilize data-driven analysis and structured problem-solving techniques to tackle implementation challenges and enhance performance.
• Create actionable recommendations and plans that align strategic objectives with practical execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving operations, technology, analytics, human resources, training, marketing, and clinical stakeholders.
• Influence teams without direct authority while providing coaching and leadership to implementation team members and newly onboarded site staff.
• Develop client-ready materials such as presentations, business cases, implementation roadmaps, operational analyses, and executive communications.
• Present recommendations and updates on progress to senior healthcare leaders.
• Oversee workforce planning and staffing strategies for newly initiated programs.
• Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and development to ensure operational readiness.
• Act as interim site leadership during critical implementation and go-live phases.
• 5–8+ years of experience in consulting, transformation, implementation, or healthcare operations.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale, client-facing engagements with executive stakeholders.
• Experience in managing multiple complex workstreams in dynamic environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and executive communication abilities.
• Advanced skills in PowerPoint, Excel, and executive presentation development.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, drive change, and achieve measurable business outcomes.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
• Proficient computer skills required, including expertise in Microsoft Office applications: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Capability to navigate the internet and web-based platforms effectively.
• Data entry and computer skills will be assessed through a pre-employment evaluation.
