This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and manage the execution of implementation initiatives by ensuring organizational compliance with the established workplan.
• Identify and engage collaborative teams from both the company and client sides to conduct pre-sales and/or implementation opportunity assessments, set medical policy, integrate applications, manage invoicing, test configurations and interfaces, train end users, and communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Formulate an internal IT team to guarantee the coordination of all delivery activities through regular weekly meetings.
• Develop a project plan that reflects the scope of services.
• Secure buy-in from both the company and client regarding the project plan and its milestones.
• Monitor the progress of each committee's work from the company and client to ensure adherence to the project schedule.
• Act as a vital collaboration facilitator, coordinating and documenting strategic meetings across medical policy, technology, communication, finance, and testing areas to ensure effective cross-functional alignment.
• Ensure that commitments made by company and client resources are fulfilled.
• Identify, monitor, and ensure resolution of all issues related to implementations across all delivery facets.
• Provide weekly status reports on key milestones, including progress against plans, upcoming activities, and any issues encountered.
• Execute projects in partnership with the client, effectively balancing scope, schedule, resources, and quality.
• Meet delivery responsibilities as defined in the Implementations Responsibility Matrix.
• Build and maintain exceptional professional relationships within each participating client department involved in pre-sales implementation support, implementation, and the post-go-live warranty period.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• PMP Certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Health Claims systems, including any of the following: Facets, Paradigm/Diamond, Amisys or Amisys Advance, QMacs/QNXT, QCare.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in program and complex project management, matrix management, client-facing service delivery, health plan systems delivery, and both custom and packaged application delivery.
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project).
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking abilities with a knack for prioritizing and meeting deadlines.
• Experience working within a matrix organization.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage and positively cope with stressors, such as high workloads and frequent changes.
• Must demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to engage in the work processes of an international organization, including participating in conference calls scheduled to accommodate global time zones.
