This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.

• Oversee project services that are client-facing.

• Collaborate with Sales, Professional Services, and Customer Solutions to effectively and accurately onboard multiple clients concurrently.

• Work with Engineering to address any issues that arise during implementation and relay product updates to clients.

• Initiate, plan, and design project timelines tailored to client requirements and the availability of internal resources.

• Adhere to departmental standards in line with SOC regulations, particularly concerning the management of confidential documents.

• Assist in developing business cases alongside the customer team, which includes solutions estimates.

• Regularly communicate project statuses and milestones to clients in a clear and effective manner.

• Manage relationships with customers as well as the project team and internal specialists.

• Collaborate with the Professional Services team to input client data into the application and provide training on software usage to clients.

• Utilize Salesforce and Milestones to monitor project milestones and client interactions.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Preferably have experience with Salesforce.

• Must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Project management experience is preferred.

• 1-2 years of client-facing experience is preferred.

• 1-2 years of experience in a high-growth or SaaS company is preferred.
