Implementation Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Play an essential role in implementing innovative solutions.

• Oversee product testing and validation processes.

• Provide exceptional training to customers.

• Manage activation plans on-site.

• Ensure seamless deployments while upholding high professional standards in customer engagements.

• Work closely with hospitals, advising stakeholders for smooth integration.

• Support the operations team in various initiatives.

• Conduct product testing and clearly document issues for resolution.

• Organize training and go-live events in collaboration with client contacts.

• Create and finalize assigned project documentation.

• Assist customers with end user/device registration processes.

• Manage on-site activation support for customers.

• Address end user inquiries and reinforce training as well as high-priority use cases.

• Support Sales and Account Managers with product demonstrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university program, with a preference for business, IT, or healthcare, though relevant experience may be accepted in place of a degree.

• Experience collaborating within cross-functional teams and a strong commitment to teamwork.

• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage physicians effectively and cultivate strong relationships with client contacts to ensure go-live success.

• Proven ability to deliver highly effective and professional customer/client support in a service environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality.

• Demonstrated potential for leadership.

• Basic working knowledge of application support.

• Established track record of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.

• High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
