This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
β’ Play an essential role in implementing solutions, overseeing product testing and validation processes.
β’ Provide exceptional training to clients and manage on-site activation strategies.
β’ Work in collaboration with hospitals, offering guidance to stakeholders for smooth integration.
β’ Assist the operations team in various initiatives.
β’ Conduct product testing and document any issues that arise.
β’ Collaborate on the organization of training sessions and go-live events.
β’ Generate and finalize project documentation assigned to you.
β’ Facilitate or assist with end user and device registration tasks.
β’ Oversee on-site activation support to meet customer requirements.
β’ A bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university program is preferred, with a focus on business, IT, or healthcare; however, relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree.
β’ Experience in cross-functional team environments and a strong commitment to collaboration.
β’ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively engage with physicians, fostering strong relationships with client contacts to ensure go-live success.
β’ Proven capability in delivering highly effective and professional customer/client support in a service-oriented environment.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and a dedication to quality.
β’ Demonstrated leadership potential.
β’ Basic understanding of application support.
β’ A solid track record of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
β’ High proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
