Implementation Consultant, Level I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass an annual average chargeable utilization rate of 70%.

• Serve as a bridge between Cority and clients on all assigned projects and initiatives. Lead and assist in project implementations using established methodologies, which involve application configuration, client training, testing, and documentation.

• Collaborate closely with the Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants to create a unified project team.

• Engage with and provide support to various departments (including, but not limited to, Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, Product).

• Collaborate with the client team and Cority Project Manager to devise a strategy for managing project implementation, including interventions when timeline milestones are delayed or missed.

• Primarily work remotely, with some travel anticipated.

• Update timesheets and project bookings on a daily basis and submit timesheets for approval at the end of each week.

• Actively participate in the Cority PS Peer Training program.

⛳️ Requirements

• A graduate from a university program in Information Technology, Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Sustainability, Ergonomics, Quality Management, or a related field with equivalent work experience.

• 1-3 years of experience in the relevant subject matter area of this role, ideally holding a professional designation such as (CIH, CSP, CSRP, COHN); or having occupied the Associate Consultant position at Cority for at least 12 months, with completion of one Essentials implementation and one CIM/Agile CIM implementation.

• Bilingualism is considered an asset.
