This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee designated workstreams during large-scale enterprise implementations, ensuring that deliverables are achieved on time and in accordance with project objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless execution in complex environments.
• Assist in the planning and execution of enterprise go-live events, acting as the primary contact for assigned functional areas.
• Provide workflow consulting services for physicians, clinical staff, and operational teams.
• Educate and enroll physicians in PerfectServe programs, crafting sophisticated solutions that adhere to established system-level standards.
• Offer consulting support to physicians regarding call workflow configurations within the PerfectServe system.
• Create training programs specifically designed for large health system audiences.
• Train new clinical users at the hospital before and after the go-live phase.
• Configure advanced workflows within intricate multi-facility systems.
• Collaborate with third-party systems to integrate solutions into the PerfectServe platform.
• Conduct testing across various devices, platforms, and integrated technologies.
• Gain training across multiple PerfectServe platforms based on project demands.
• Quickly assimilate new product knowledge for enterprise implementations.
• Perform any additional tasks necessary to effectively fulfill the responsibilities of the position.
• A Bachelor’s degree is required; a degree in engineering or IT-related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in customer-facing roles or similar service positions.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Visio (or a similar tool like Lucidchart), Word, Excel (including functions), and PowerPoint; extensive use of Lucidchart is expected.
• Open to change with a genuine interest in the healthcare sector.
• Ability to work collaboratively with peers and team members.
• Willingness to travel 30% to 50% of the time.
