Implementation Consultant, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Oversee the implementation of CRM and ERP software projects for clients ranging from 5 to 500 users.

• Engage in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings.

• Assess business requirements, document specifications, and guarantee a seamless delivery by utilizing our Best Practices Playbooks while assisting clients throughout the implementation journey.

• Collaborate closely with the Implementation Team, which includes Project Managers, Principal Consultants, and Technical Services personnel.

• Create and deliver training sessions for key stakeholders on system configuration, along with training for end users.

• Perform basic project management activities, which include preparing onsite agendas, following up on project task lists, and escalating issues to the Project Manager and Leadership to maintain the project within the established scope and timeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in Enterprise SaaS or Software Implementation.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Implementation Consultant working as a billable resource with a utilization target.

• Proficiency in both German and English languages is essential.

• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication abilities.

• Willingness and availability to travel (up to 40%) to customer locations for in-person meetings as requested by the client.
