Implementation Consultant – Environmental Management System

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Achieve or surpass an average annual chargeable utilization rate of 70%

• Serve as a liaison between Cority and clients for assigned projects and initiatives

• Lead and assist in project implementations utilizing the established implementation methodology

• Configure the application, provide client training, conduct testing, and take detailed notes

• Collaborate with Project Management, Implementation Consultants, and Technical Consultants

• Support various departments, including Sales, Customer Success, Customer Support, Engineering, and Product

• Develop project implementation plans in coordination with client teams and the Cority Project Manager

• Take action when project timeline milestones are delayed or missed

• Primarily work remotely with occasional travel required

• Daily update timesheets and project bookings, with weekly submission of timesheets for approval

⛳️ Requirements

• Graduate of a university program in Information Technology, Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field, along with equivalent work experience

• 1–3 years of experience in the relevant area related to this role

• Ideal candidates will possess a professional designation of REM or EI

• Familiarity with the connections among Cority EHSQ suites

• Understanding of how and why clients utilize Cority software

• Strong commitment to service excellence and staying informed about new features

• Awareness of project budget considerations

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

• Bilingualism is considered an asset
