This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Lead and oversee the complete implementation of EMIS and EHS digital solutions.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks, and governance for delivery.
• Ensure that project delivery meets client expectations and adheres to contractual obligations.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients and essential stakeholders.
• Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams, including technical configurators, subject matter experts, and data specialists.
• Foster effective communication, alignment, and issue resolution during the entire project lifecycle.
• Direct solution design by aligning business needs with system capabilities.
• Provide non-technical supervision of platform configurations (e.g., Enablon, Intelex, VelocityEHS).
• Validate project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards, completeness, and alignment with requirements.
• Lead sessions for gathering requirements, workshops, and stakeholder interviews.
• Convert business needs into structured functional specifications and implementation plans.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project's lifecycle.
• Oversee data integration activities, including migration and validation processes.
• Ensure that reporting outputs comply with regulatory standards and operational performance requirements.
• Assist in implementing reporting frameworks for environmental and EHS metrics.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) processes and guarantee the resolution of any defects.
• Organize training sessions and create user enablement materials.
• Promote user adoption and lead change management initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
• 7–12+ years of experience in EMIS, EHS systems, or enterprise software implementation roles.
• Proven experience managing complete system implementations.
• Familiarity with Enablon, Intelex, VelocityEHS, or similar platforms.
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.
• Working knowledge of environmental compliance processes, specifically in air emissions context.
