Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical consulting and configuration aspects of multiple simultaneous time and materials projects.

• Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered punctually, within defined scope, and budget.

• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of customers’ current business models and processes to implement Salsify in the most effective, efficient, and innovative ways, fostering successful user adoption and long-term success with our products.

• Work collaboratively with Customer Success Managers, Project Managers, Account Managers, and other teams to guarantee customers are positioned to meet established metrics and goals.

• Foster a consistently positive experience for both internal and external stakeholders by providing guidance and support.

• Proven experience navigating the challenges that large enterprise clients encounter when launching a new platform.

• A strong commitment to customer success and enthusiasm for working in a customer-centric environment.

• Ability to solve problems and explore various approaches to tackle a wide range of challenges, whether they are technical, organizational, internal, customer-related, or personal.

• A curious mindset and eagerness to learn, with the capability to quickly understand and effectively apply new knowledge.

• Skillfully communicate new concepts to diverse audiences and adapt to evolving circumstances.

• Confidence in driving solutions to complex customer or internal situations independently, while recognizing when to raise concerns and inform relevant stakeholders.

• Familiarity with integrating data source systems such as PIMs or ERPs with eCommerce platforms is a plus.
