Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Conduct individual online meetings with physicians, presenting the methodology in a practical, objective, and tailored manner.

• Act as the main point of contact between the client and the organization, offering ongoing support and follow-up through WhatsApp.

• Track each client's progress, ensuring that tasks set for every stage of the consultancy are completed.

• Validate the execution of checklists and authorize progression to the subsequent phases of the methodology.

• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams (marketing, paid media, website development, receptionist training, among others) to guarantee timely deliverables.

• Tailor methodology concepts to fit the specific context of each practice or clinic, advising on areas such as market positioning, content creation, Google My Business, WhatsApp communication, patient referral programs, digital marketing and paid media, and operational organization of clinics.

• Foster client engagement, address inquiries, and maintain the implementation timeline.

• Ensure a high-quality consultative experience, strengthening relationships with physicians throughout the entire process.

• Experience in training, teaching, mentoring, consulting, project implementation, or client onboarding.

• Outstanding verbal communication skills, with the ability to teach and guide individuals through learning processes effortlessly.

• Consultative mindset, organized, and process-oriented.

• Capability to support multiple clients simultaneously while keeping organized and maintaining control over each client's stages.

• Comfortable working with methodologies, playbooks, checklists, and standardized procedures.

• Good personal presentation and a professional demeanor for video meetings with physicians and healthcare managers.

• Autonomous working style suitable for fully remote work, along with excellent schedule management.

• Ease in collaborating within a team and interacting with various internal departments.

• Proactive attitude, sense of responsibility, and focus on delivering results for the client.
