This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

• Conducting analysis and providing consulting services

• Facilitating workshops to enhance and streamline asset and maintenance processes

• Offering guidance on best practices within the EAM/CMMS sector

• Converting business needs into functional system solutions

• Configuring workflows, data frameworks, interfaces, and reports within Ultimo

• Leading implementation projects from initial analysis to successful go-live

• Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to timelines, quality standards, and budget constraints

• Providing training for end users and key users

• Collaborating closely with product, support, and consulting teams

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in implementing EAM/CMMS solutions (e.g., Ultimo, SAP PM, IBM Maximo, IFS)

• Background in a project-oriented or consulting capacity

• Expertise in maintenance, asset management, fleet management, or reliability

• Comfortable engaging with customers and stakeholders

• Proficient in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)

• Independent working style with a strong focus on customer satisfaction

• Willingness to travel across Europe (approximately 20–40%)
