Implementation Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Manage the scope, schedule, and status reporting to stakeholders throughout the entire implementation process.

• Establish and nurture strong relationships with both new and existing clients, identifying their specific needs and delivering customized solutions.

• Facilitate training sessions, presentations, and ongoing support regarding the features and services of the SAUDEAENERGIA Program.

• Oversee the entire implementation process, which includes platform usage, participation in training pathways, reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Develop and refresh presentation materials, tutorials, and informational videos that highlight services and related updates.

• Act as a liaison among departments, promoting effective communication and collaboration to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary process and service enhancements.

• Serve as the primary contact for client feedback, suggesting improvements based on identified needs.

• Monitor inquiries and technical requests, ensuring proactive and efficient support.

• Provide technical and operational assistance to clients as required.

• Assist the commercial team with product presentations and demonstrations for potential clients as needed.

• Evaluate implementation data and metrics, generating reports that aid in continuous service enhancement.

• Ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and effective utilization of the implemented solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.

• Experience in implementing enterprise solutions, preferably within the healthcare, technology, or education sectors.

• Capability to manage multiple projects with strong organizational skills.

• Exceptional communication, active listening, and negotiation skills when engaging with diverse stakeholders (HR, leadership, IT, Sales, etc.).

• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to read and interpret performance indicators.
